PowerPoint Presentation Analyst

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a PowerPoint Presentation Analyst to transform complex healthcare, scientific and business information into compelling, client‑ready presentations. You will act as the organization’s PowerPoint expert, collaborating with medical writers, scientific directors, strategists and creative leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, format and enhance high‑impact PowerPoint decks using content from internal teams and clients.
• Convert draft slides, storyboards and workshop outputs into polished, executive‑level deliverables.
• Maintain consistent branding, slide structure, visual hierarchy and quality across complex slide decks.
• Create and manage presentation templates, Slide Masters, custom layouts and asset libraries.
• Design PowerPoint‑native graphics, diagrams, infographics and data visualisations to simplify technical information.
• Conduct thorough quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Design, Communications or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience developing professional presentations or serving as a PowerPoint specialist.
• Portfolio demonstrating advanced presentation design and visual communication capabilities.
• Experience supporting healthcare, pharmaceutical, life‑sciences, consulting or agency environments is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including Slide Masters, custom layouts, SmartArt and advanced chart formatting.
• Strong data‑visualisation skills within PowerPoint (charts, graphs, infographics).
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
