About the role

Join Hitachi Energy's regional team as a Human Talent Intern, supporting key administrative processes and contributing to projects that enhance employee experience and organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administrative processes and document management.
• Participate in induction, wellbeing, and engagement activities.
• Support billing operations and purchase‑order control.
• Contribute to regional projects and training initiatives.
• Help develop job descriptions and internal reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• Intermediate language proficiency.
• Available for a one‑year contract.
• Hybrid work schedule (on‑site Tuesdays and Thursdays).
• Additional certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
