Practicante Recursos Humanos (HR Intern)

About the role

SoftwareOne is looking for a full-time practicante in Human Resources, working in a hybrid model in Bogotá, Medellín or Cali, Colombia. The position gives hands-on experience in administrative and HR functions, working closely with HR professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Review documents and draft contracts for new hires
• Schedule and support induction processes
• Use organizational tools for hiring and case resolution
• Contact social security advisors to manage affiliations and transfers
• Maintain internal records, track onboarding attendance, manage anniversary cards and learning pathways
• Update documented processes, audit digital records and create manuals
• Propose improvements to HR processes

Required profile

• Active university student in an advanced stage of studies
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
• Strong motivation to learn and apply knowledge
• Good communication skills, teamwork and adaptability to change
• Results-oriented mindset and analytical thinking
• Preferably residing in Bogotá, Cali or Medellín
