Practice Director – Talent Solutions

About the role

TalentoHC is looking for a Practice Director in Medellín to lead the growth and strategic development of a talent practice, customer portfolio, or market. This 360° leadership role combines commercial development, customer advisory, talent delivery, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business development by building and executing a commercial strategy, identifying opportunities, and converting them into long‑term customer partnerships.
• Expand strategic customer partnerships through deep relationships with business and HR leaders, anticipating talent needs and broadening TalentoHC’s impact.
• Oversee recruiting engagements to ensure search strategy, market intelligence, candidate assessment, and delivery align with customer objectives.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team through coaching, performance management, and capability development.
• Translate customer challenges into tailored talent solutions, proposals, and commercial strategies.
• Own practice performance by setting priorities, monitoring commercial and delivery metrics, and managing forecasting and resource allocation.
• Strengthen market presence through industry engagement, professional networks, and thought leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, executive search, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Proven success leading complex customer relationships and expanding accounts with a consultative approach.
• 7+ years of experience leading, developing, hiring, or onboarding recruiting professionals.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across multiple functions, industries, or geographies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced education in business or HR is a plus.
• Fluent English required.
