Procurement Analytics Manager / Data Analyst (Remote, Bilingual)

About the role

Iron Mountain is hiring an analytical Senior Analyst for its Global Procurement Center of Excellence. The role turns complex enterprise data into strategic insights that drive business decisions, partnering with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend, validate P&L and EBITDA-level savings, and craft executive narratives for C-suite decision-makers. The position is based in Colombia (Bogotá) or Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data: cleanse, model and consolidate raw transactional data across ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and P2P platforms (Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow) into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics: design and manage BI dashboards using emerging AI tools and data pipelines to track KPIs, cycle times and predictive modeling.
• Identify savings and category opportunities through deep-dive spend analyses, including tail-spend consolidation, volume leverage and sourcing pipeline priorities.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Corporate Finance and FP&A by auditing, reconciling and aligning realized cost reductions with business unit budgets.

Required profile

• 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting or business intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related quantitative field (Master's preferred).
• Advanced written and verbal English with executive presentation experience.

Required skills

• SQL and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Data manipulation tools such as Python, R or advanced Excel/VBA.
• Enterprise ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
