Procurement Enablement Program Manager

About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking a Program Manager, Procurement Enablement to lead strategic procurement transformations within its Global Procurement Center of Excellence. You will shape the procurement roadmap by delivering cross‑functional programs and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact procurement transformation and continuous improvement projects.
• Act as project lead for procurement initiatives embedded in broader enterprise programs, coordinating with Legal, Finance, InfoSec and HR.
• Apply Source‑to‑Pay expertise to streamline workflows, drive global adoption of new processes and standards.
• Report status, milestones, risks and performance metrics to executive leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading cross‑functional programs across geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong knowledge of the full Source‑to‑Pay lifecycle, preferably with prior procurement practitioner experience.
• Familiarity with modern procurement technologies and emerging Agentic AI capabilities.
• Formal project‑management methodology expertise (PMP or Agile certifications preferred).
