Procurement Senior Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Senior Specialist acts as a strategic business partner, linking Procurement with local, regional, and global stakeholders across CCA. This role shapes sourcing strategies, influences demand planning, manages suppliers, and ensures cost, service, and quality outcomes aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on procurement matters and influence demand planning and sourcing decisions.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing processes within assigned categories, develop strategies based on market intelligence, and manage supplier selection and negotiations.
• Define and monitor supplier KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure governance, compliance, and ethical sourcing.
• Execute procurement activities, monitor performance against goals, support contract negotiations, and drive process efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support junior members, and contribute to regional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 5‑8 years of procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain experience, including end‑to‑end sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in multinational, matrix organizations with regional exposure, preferably in Latin America/CCA.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP procurement modules.
• Proficiency in Ariba or equivalent e‑procurement systems.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, supplier performance management and KPI tracking.
• Financial and analytical capabilities including cost analysis, total cost of ownership and benchmarking.
