Product Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, commercially‑minded Product Associate to manage, develop and optimise our portfolio of travel products across multiple platforms. You will own product quality, build supplier relationships and represent Overseas Network to potential partners.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned products, ensuring accuracy, quality and continuous improvement.
• Identify, vet and onboard new suppliers that meet our brand standards.
• Manage and optimise product content across internal systems.
• Engage with suppliers, present our business offerings and uncover partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Technology teams to support product development and distribution.

Required profile

• C‑level English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for international supplier engagement.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Monday.com or HubSpot.
