Product Manager, Neuroscience & Rare Disease

About the role

Ipsen is seeking a strategic, customer‑focused Product Manager to lead the growth of its Neuroscience and Rare Disease portfolio in Colombia. You will shape brand strategy, influence healthcare outcomes, and work at the forefront of specialty care innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of brand strategies and long‑term growth plans.
• Identify market opportunities through customer, patient and market insights.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Deliver impactful customer engagement and omnichannel marketing initiatives.
• Monitor business performance and optimise investments for sustainable growth.
• Support product lifecycle management and future launch readiness.
• Build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, scientific societies and patient organisations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of Neuroscience and/or Rare Disease markets.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Medicine or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
