Program Manager - Latam

About the role

vHive is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of multiple programs across Latin America and the US. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring alignment with stakeholders and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to guarantee successful program delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and set clear objectives.
• Manage timelines, monitor milestones, and ensure on‑time completion of deliverables.
• Oversee field operations, including coordination with drone‑pilot companies for site surveys.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, communicating impacts to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with client, industry, and local regulations for third‑party vendors.
• Produce detailed performance reports and KPI analyses for senior management and clients.
• Negotiate and coordinate with external partners and vendors to optimize service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑regional programs.
• Strong stakeholder communication and risk‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the Latam region.
• Ability to translate data‑driven insights into actionable project improvements.
