Program Manager / Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strong Program Manager/Project Manager to lead and deliver both customer‑facing and internal strategic initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison between Tillster and some of the world’s largest restaurant and hospitality brands, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted partner and main point of contact for enterprise customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead customer‑facing meetings, executive updates, and project reviews with confidence and clarity.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
• Own project execution from kickoff through deployment and post‑launch stabilization.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Design—to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders, track risks, dependencies, and action items, and proactively identify mitigation strategies.
• Adapt project plans and priorities as business needs and customer requirements evolve.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, complex projects that span multiple teams and functions.
• Polished communicator and relationship builder capable of engaging executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work decisively in fast‑paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating with distributed global teams across different time zones.
