Project Management Leader

About the role

Marsh is seeking a Project Management Leader for its US & Canada Transformation Office in Bogota. The role combines player‑coach responsibilities, overseeing a team of project managers, change managers and business analysts while also acting as a program manager for a portfolio of transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and high‑quality delivery.
• Manage end‑to‑end projects, creating and governing project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status, risk and change updates.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and monitor them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and document project outcomes for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7‑12 years of experience in program and change management, including leading end‑to‑end process migrations.
• 4+ years of experience leading project teams and working with global stakeholders.
• Advanced fluent English proficiency; CVs must be in English.
• Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proven track record in delivering projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Experience creating detailed project plans, managing budgets and reporting to senior leadership.
