Project Manager - Advertising and Marketing

About the role

Publicis Groupe is looking for a Project Manager with 4 years of experience in advertising and marketing agencies, based in Bogotá, Colombia. The role leads the planning, coordination and execution of marketing and advertising projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets and scope are met, working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources and deliverables
• Coordinate communication between clients, vendors and internal teams
• Monitor and manage project billing and financial tracking
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and drive continuous improvement
• Track progress so that objectives, timelines and budgets are achieved
• Organize meetings, assign tasks and monitor performance indicators
• Maintain ongoing client communication and give regular status updates
• Manage the intake, review and execution of project briefs, incorporating client feedback
• Conduct post-project evaluations and present campaign results and KPIs to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required profile

• 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in advertising and marketing agencies
• Leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Strong planning, organization, time management and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
