Project Manager – Assets

About the role

Monks is looking for a proactive Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of asset‑focused projects. You will be responsible for turning client requests into well‑scoped, quoted, and scheduled initiatives that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Take charge of order intake, scoping, quoting, timeline creation, and resource planning.
• Manage production and delivery processes, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet pre‑agreed quality KPIs.
• Lead project‑related meetings, prepare client reports, and keep all stakeholders informed of status, changes, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams across design, illustration, and animation to deliver high‑end production work.
• Balance resources and workloads across multiple simultaneous projects, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Evaluate completed projects to identify improvements for workflows and processes.

Required profile

• Strong end‑to‑end ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from concept to delivery.
• Excellent communicator who can provide clear updates and translate issues into actionable steps.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, both with clients and internal teams.
• Skilled at defining priorities, hustling resources, and meeting external deadlines.
• Experience in managing multiple creative projects and translating client needs into realistic timelines and resource estimates.
