Project Manager Assistant Student

About the role

IBM Consulting is looking for a motivated student to support project management activities while gaining hands‑on experience as a Business Analyst. You will work closely with both IT and business teams, helping translate business processes into clear technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and learn existing business processes to understand functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Assist in developing use‑cases, process models, and impact analyses.
• Support collaboration between IT and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately captured and understood.
• Participate in analytical activities such as process observation, documentation, and exploratory research.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of business process analysis and its role in IT projects.
• Interest in developing functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Awareness of the importance of IT‑business collaboration.
• Curiosity about how IT solutions address business needs.

Required skills

• Familiarity with business process modeling concepts.
• Exposure to IT requirements management methods.
