Project Manager - CO

About the role

The Creative Project Manager will own the end‑to‑end workflow of internal projects, ensuring high‑quality deliverables for clients. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, keep stakeholders informed, and drive projects to successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project plans using Asana, Google Drive, and status trackers.
• Maintain clear communication, documentation, and updates for all teams.
• Schedule and lead meetings with defined agendas and capture actionable notes.
• Facilitate collaboration between Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production and other departments.
• Identify potential issues early and propose proactive solutions.
• Oversee designer and editor schedules, and support larger client projects alongside senior PMs.
• Assist with occasional new‑business pitches and eventually manage a small client portfolio.
• Foster collaboration across LATAM and US hubs and distributed staff.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in project or creative coordination.
• Strong organizational mindset with a focus on detail and timely delivery.
• Collaborative attitude, comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Passion for learning creative workflows and building effective teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with Excel.
