Project Manager – Creative Production (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Project Manager with an advertising agency background to lead client requests, coordinate production and creative teams, and ensure timely delivery of transcreation and production projects. This remote position supports a global client base and requires fluent English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process client requests for transcreation and production, interacting daily with clients.
• Collaborate with internal operations to develop budget estimates and project plans.
• Assign work to appropriate staff and facilities, maintaining internal timelines.
• Maintain the workflow management system, keeping accurate project status records.
• Gather structured client feedback and share it with internal teams.
• Monitor and incorporate feedback to continuously improve workflows.
• Identify and troubleshoot technological bottlenecks in workflow or asset management systems.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle Asset Librarian responsibilities for client assets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project management experience in a creative or advertising environment.
• Proven client‑facing experience in fast‑paced settings with tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and oversee junior project managers.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
