Project Manager – ERP Platforms

About the role

The Project Manager within IT Operations will lead technology initiatives across ERP platforms such as SAP and Workday Financials. You will work closely with product, architecture, platform owners and business stakeholders to ensure disciplined delivery, financial oversight and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute approved demand through PMO intake, prioritisation and funding workflows, validating scope, objectives and success criteria.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, creating integrated plans, tracking milestones, dependencies and coordinating cross‑functional teams, including GDC resources and vendors.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, burn rates and resource capacity, supporting financial governance and capitalization processes.
• Identify, mitigate and report risks, issues and cross‑initiative dependencies, maintaining transparent RAID reporting.
• Produce standardized PMO reports, support stage‑gate reviews, governance forums and ensure auditability.
• Coordinate change enablement, testing, cut‑over, communications and post‑deployment stabilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment, preferably within a formal PMO governance model.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and risk on complex ERP enhancement and transformation initiatives.

Required skills

• Strong enterprise project management expertise using PMO and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow PPM, Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Workday Financials or similar) and managing large‑scale integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive‑level reporting skills.
• English proficiency at B2+ level, both written and verbal.
