About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the NiCE initiative within our global IT solutions business. The role involves overseeing complex, multicultural projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end project management across all lifecycle phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closing).
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Apply advanced project management methodologies, tools, and templates to drive efficiency.
• Define project tasks, create detailed plans, and track progress against milestones.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping develop strategic roadmaps and long‑term plans.

Required profile

• Demonstrated professionalism and expertise in managing large‑scale, multicultural projects.
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on risk management and issue resolution.
• Experience working in a global IT services or software environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholder groups.
