Project Manager

About the role

Cadre AI is looking for a Project Manager to act as the operational engine of a delivery pod. Reporting to the Director of AI Strategy, you will coordinate client onboarding, maintain project records and drive the pod’s daily and weekly rhythms to ensure smooth execution of AI‑focused engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, schedule kickoff calls and build ClickUp infrastructure before onboarding.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records in Cadre One, including stakeholder information and sentiment.
• Lead daily syncs, weekly planning sessions and retrospectives, setting agendas and documenting clear action items.
• Own the weekly planning process, ensuring all client work is scoped, assigned and placed in an active sprint by Friday.
• Track each pod member’s workload, monitor capacity and proactively surface blockers or delays.
• Capture action items from Slack, internal syncs and client meetings and convert them into ClickUp tasks within 24 hours.
• Monitor ClickUp health across all pod clients, resolving hygiene issues that could create operational risk.

• Highly organized self‑starter who anticipates needs without being told.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep a clear picture of workload and capacity.
• Excellent communication skills to surface issues and recommend solutions before they become client‑visible.
• Passion for well‑run meetings, clean project boards and precise recap communications.
