Project Manager - Multimedia and Multilingual Projects

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Project Manager to lead localization, audio and video projects from start to finish. The role combines organisational responsibilities with hands‑on creative work and includes setting up our in‑app customer support system.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, coordinate and oversee the production and delivery of localization projects.
• Implement and grow the app’s customer support system, defining workflows, knowledge base, escalation paths and quality metrics.
• Coordinate freelancers, voice talents and recording studios worldwide.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams such as Graphic Design and Software Engineering.
• Edit audio and video as part of project execution and track deadlines, quality and risks.

Required profile

• English at C1 level or above, spoken and written.
• Proven project‑management experience including planning, documentation, risk assessment and quality control.
• Solid audio and video editing experience with professional tools.
• Experience managing vendors, external contributors and budgets.
• Senior‑level customer‑service experience with involvement in designing support processes.
• Cross‑cultural awareness and strong organisational skills.
• Confidence using AI tools for translation, transcription, subtitling, voice generation and documentation.
