Project Manager – PMO (Technology)

About the role
ScotiaTech, the technology hub of Scotiabank in Bogota, is looking for a Project Manager to join its PMO. You will lead complex integration and divestiture projects, working with diverse technology and business teams in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and deliver large‑scale IT projects with budgets up to $10 M, coordinating multiple internal groups and external vendors.
- Maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, risk and issue logs, and ensure milestones are met.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings with senior executives and manage stakeholder communications.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, forecast expenses, and produce financial reports.
- Collaborate with executive sponsors to prioritize requirements and resolve issues.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in financial services.
- Proven ability to handle high‑risk, high‑complexity initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
