Project Manager – Web Development

About the role

Lead the successful delivery of web development projects by coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. The role acts as the bridge between clients, content teams, designers, QA, and developers, focusing on WordPress and other web platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate web development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage project planning, scope, timelines, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Development, Design, QA, and Content.
• Oversee projects built on WordPress or similar CMS platforms and manage content within the CMS.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure objectives are met.
• Monitor project risks, blockers, priorities, and overall progress throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and project‑management methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Digital Project Manager.
• Experience managing web development projects in digital or advertising agencies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client‑management skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.

Required skills

• WordPress (CMS) expertise.
• Understanding of web application development and system integrations.
• Agile methodology knowledge.
• Project‑management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana or similar.
• API knowledge and software development processes.
