QA Analyst - Multilingual Website Testing

About the role

MarketFully owns InContent Marketing Agencies that provide managed solutions for the platform: Key Content (multilingual content marketing), Social Element (social media, moderation and community management) and MotionPoint (website translation and localization). As a QA Analyst you will check that customers' multilingual websites look and behave correctly, before launch and on an ongoing basis, using the company's proprietary technology. The position is full-time and 100% remote, based in Argentina or Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Plan testing for each project from its SOW, setting the scope and identifying key risks, critical paths and priorities.
• Design and run manual functional, regression and UAT tests on multilingual websites and web applications.
• Analyse, document and track defects in Salesforce, and work with teams to verify fixes before release.
• Carry out ongoing manual QA on customer websites, including releases after delivery.
• Use MotionPoint's TCrawl and Automation Services tools to support testing and build automated tests.
• Join client calls and recommend usability improvements with internal teams.
• Support the QA Automation Analysts with testing requests and wider QA initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in QA or web testing, with strong hands-on manual testing experience.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, HTTP and how websites are built; no coding required.
• Good understanding of HTML, JavaScript and CSS, and familiarity with page elements, selectors, browser developer tools and common browsers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and QA automation tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Nice to have: experience with Jira and evaluating new tools
