Quality Assurance Analyst – On-site in Barranquilla

About the role

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to join its logistics and transportation team in Barranquilla. The role is fully on‑site and focuses on ensuring high‑quality operational processes through data‑driven analysis, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor service quality.
• Conduct internal audits and process reviews to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Standardize processes by creating and updating SOPs, flowcharts, and other documentation.
• Support cross‑functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teams to implement quality management best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or final semesters) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a QA role, such as Quality Analyst or QA Coordinator.
• Experience auditing processes, preferably within a BPO environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and KPI analysis.
• Experience with process documentation (SOPs, flowcharts, etc.).
