Quality Control Coordinator – ISO 9001 (Temporary)

About the role

The Quality Control Coordinator will support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards at our manufacturing plant in Zona Franca Rionegro, Antioquia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and archive all manufacturing and supply‑chain documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Support ISO 9001 certification, maintain the master document list, administer internal audits and management reviews, and drive preventive actions.
• Provide training on ISO standards and assist plant departments in developing and updating quality procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with pesticide and formulation standards.
• Enter and maintain accurate production data in relevant databases and compile quality reports for analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, chemistry, process engineering or related field, or an associate degree with at least 2 years relevant experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 and familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Understanding of auditing techniques, PPAP, statistical control and continuous improvement.
