Quality Control Coordinator – ISO 9001 (Temporary)

About the role

The Quality Control Coordinator will support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System at our Colombia manufacturing plant. This temporary position reports to the Quality Control Manager and focuses on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage documentation: transfer manufacturing and supply‑chain data, maintain accurate records, archive documents for audit purposes, and support regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate ISO 9001 certification activities, develop and maintain quality procedures, and administer internal audits and management reviews.
• Identify non‑conformities, initiate preventive actions, and recommend corrective improvement plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including pesticide regulations and formulation standards.
• Enter and maintain data in manufacturing and supply‑chain databases, compile quality reports, and present findings to the Plant and QC Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, chemistry, process engineering, or related field, or an associate degree with 2 years relevant experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
