R2R Senior Analyst

About the role

The Record to Report (R2R) Senior Analyst ensures the accuracy, integrity and reliability of financial information through accounting, reconciliation and financial reporting activities. The role contributes to accurate financial statements and supports business decisions by maintaining high standards of financial control, compliance and reporting quality.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure bookkeeping complies with group accounting policies and procedures
• Ensure delivery of high-quality financial data
• Review month-end closing entries such as fixed asset depreciation, prepaid expenses, accruals and IFRS adjustments
• Perform accounts reviews and reconciliations, and ensure an efficient and accurate closing process
• Ensure compliance with IFRS
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure timely submission according to group reporting deadlines
• Prepare monthly variance analysis and explain significant deviations
• Continuously review reports and identify improvements, automating data preparation and report creation where possible
• Guide, develop and coach team members, supervise selected activities and support the supervisor and coordinator with ad-hoc reports
• Identify and resolve problems and support internal and external audits

Required profile

• University or college degree in Accounting, Economics and Finance
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within cross-cultural companies
• Results-oriented, with organizational and planning skills
• English, spoken and written, is required
