Real Estate Analyst

About the role

The LAC Real Estate Team at Mastercard is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support the Manager of Real Estate Services in driving the customer experience strategy across the region. The role combines administrative oversight with cross‑functional collaboration in facilities, projects, tax, utilities and M&A activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet Mastercard’s real‑estate objectives.
• Assist the Director of Real Estate Services in developing strategies and recommendations for individual assets.
• Provide periodic support to sub‑tenants in a property‑management service capacity.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, property managers, insurance agents and brokers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate status of goals and objectives to cross‑functional business teams.
• Monitor and ensure timely processing of tax payments and rent roll for the assigned portfolio.
• Travel to real‑estate locations and attend leadership and internal meetings as needed.
