Real World Evidence – Associate Site Strategy Lead

About the role

The Associate Site Strategy Lead (SSL) supports early‑phase proposal development for Real World Evidence (RWE) studies, shaping efficient execution strategies and bridging pre‑award planning with post‑award implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with overall project efficiency, timeline adherence, and financial goals.
• Translate study budgets and strategies into actionable plans that improve predictability, shorten timelines, and enhance data quality.
• Lead Data Generation proposals covering Site ID, Site and Patient Engagement, Site Management, and Technology strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to identify challenges and recommend appropriate Data Generation solutions.
• Serve as the single point of contact for pre‑ and post‑award site strategy questions.

Required profile

• Life‑sciences educational background.
• Prior experience in clinical operations, including monitoring processes, documentation, and GCP standards.
• Strong analytical ability to dissect budgets, negotiate pricing, and understand overall budget implications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Results‑driven with strong time‑management and teamwork capabilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
• Understanding of clinical research regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with project budgeting and pricing tools.
