Business Process Analyst – Managed Services (US Pharma)

About the role

IQVIA is expanding its LATAM near‑shore team to support US pharmaceutical clients. The Business Process Analyst will handle complex rebate calculations, analyze utilization data, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex rebate calculations related to managed care, Medicaid, and government programs.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly utilization data and produce client‑ready deliverables.
• Maintain high accuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance across assigned work.
• Manage recurring, production‑focused workloads with attention to detail.
• Support client‑facing interactions, answering questions and explaining analyses.
• Collaborate closely with onshore US teams and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• US pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong background in managed care, Medicaid, government pricing, or gross‑to‑net calculations.
• Proven experience handling complex rebate calculations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment with recurring deadlines.
