Recruiter – Commercial & Manufacturing (US market)

About the role

Our Recruiter will support a key client’s Commercial team by delivering end‑to‑end talent acquisition solutions for manufacturing and go‑to‑market sales positions in the United States. Based in Medellín, the role requires strong English proficiency and experience navigating the U.S. hiring landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for manufacturing and GTM sales roles, from sourcing to placement.
• Effectively source talent within the U.S. market, both active and passive candidates.
• Conduct structured candidate screens in English to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and engage talent pools.
• Partner with internal commercial team and hiring managers to align talent strategies.
• Manage candidates through the pipeline to ensure rapid productivity and high‑quality placements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking in recruiting platforms.
• Deliver a consistent, positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting talent for the U.S. market.
• Full command of written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and/or GTM sales positions.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn and achieve immediate productivity.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Capability to source passive talent and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
