About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for our offices in Medellín. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels and build talent pipelines.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) throughout the hiring process.
- Extend offers, support onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
