Recruiter / Human Resources Generalist

About the role

A Recruiter / Human Resources Generalist is sought to support the growing Bogotá, Colombia office and broader company operations. About 75% of the time is spent on recruiting and talent acquisition, and about 25% on local HR support. The role works closely with U.S.-based recruiters, hiring managers, HR Business Partners and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruiting for Bogotá positions, from intake through offer and onboarding, and coordinate interviews across Colombia and the United States
• Sourcing engineering, design, project management, technical and administrative roles via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, associations, referrals and networks
• Evaluate candidates, maintain records in the applicant tracking system, build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles and support employer branding and career fairs
• Prepare offers, monitor recruiting metrics and time-to-fill, and partner with hiring managers on candidate fit
• Support onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, policy communication, employee engagement, training coordination and HR reporting
• Ensure compliance with local employment requirements and keep employee records confidential

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least five years of combined recruiting and HR experience; experience in an engineering, architecture, construction, energy, manufacturing or infrastructure organization strongly preferred
• C1 English or higher, with strong written and verbal English and comfort working with U.S.-based teams
• Ability to handle multiple recruiting searches and HR priorities at once
