Recruiting Sourcing Specialist

About the role

A Recruiting Sourcing Specialist is sought to join a growing Talent Acquisition team in Bogotá, Colombia. The role supports recruiting for engineering, design, project management and other technical positions across nuclear, energy, infrastructure, federal, life sciences, industrial and data center projects. It works closely with recruiting and hiring teams in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for engineering, design, project management, technical and professional positions
• Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional associations, social media, employee referrals and networking
• Conduct market research and talent mapping by discipline, experience, location, industry and technical skills
• Review resumes and profiles, then reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email and telephone
• Hold preliminary conversations and record candidate details, including work authorization and availability
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and partner with recruiters and hiring managers
• Support difficult-to-fill positions, track sourcing metrics and help with campaigns, referral initiatives and university recruiting
• Work with remote and international teams across time zones and keep communications professional and inclusive

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least three years of recruiting, talent sourcing or talent acquisition experience in a technical environment
• C1 English or higher, with strong written and verbal communication
• Experience with U.S., Canadian or European recruiting is a significant advantage
• Demonstrated experience sourcing technical talent such as engineers, designers and project managers

• LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management systems
• Boolean search, keyword research and passive candidate sourcing
• Knowledge of U.S. recruiting practices and work authorization requirements is a plus
