Recruiter – Remote (Health & Safety)

About the role

The Recruiter will shape the workforce for leading North American environmental and safety organisations, connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities. Working remotely, you will support the Health & Safety Consultant Group and contribute to business performance and workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for the Health & Safety Consultant Group, including sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, databases, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess qualifications, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams, and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS and support continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Experience recruiting Health & Safety professionals is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work remotely with global or offshore teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
• Advanced sourcing on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
