Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time remote Recruiter to attract, source, and onboard real‑estate professionals and support staff for Amen Real Estate. The role focuses on building talent pipelines, managing candidate experience, and supporting our growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs, post and manage job listings, and screen resumes.
• Conduct initial interviews, coordinate follow‑up conversations with hiring managers, and oversee onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, digital platforms, and social media.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine recruitment strategies and ensure inclusive hiring practices.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing, preferably in real‑estate or professional services.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple requisitions in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting CRMs.
• Experience using online job boards, social media, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and basic office software such as email, spreadsheets, and video conferencing.
