HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist will report to the HR Manager and become an integral part of TaskUs' HR team. You will support employee relations, drive special projects, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Develop HR solutions by collecting and analyzing data, then recommending actions.
• Improve manager and employee performance by identifying problems and evaluating solutions.
• Lead special projects, set timelines, coordinate stakeholders, conduct research, and organize information.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing HR data and trends.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and advise management on required actions.
• Oversee new‑hire onboarding to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Administer employee satisfaction surveys and facilitate focus groups.
• Address employee relations issues, concerns, disciplinary or performance matters as they arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of direct HR experience, preferably in an hourly or call‑center environment.
• Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of HR practices, procedures, benefits and compensation.
• Proficient English language skills.
