About the role

Join Genpact as a Senior Associate in Human Resources Operations, focusing on the full employee lifecycle. You will support onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, development, and offboarding for a dynamic workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate new employee onboarding to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
• Administer employee benefits and process leave requests.
• Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Monitor and track employee development and training programs.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage off‑boarding procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance, or MBA/Business Analytics.
• Professional HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
