Specialist – Employee Lifecycle Management

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Specialist in Human Resources Operations to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through off‑boarding, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling and onboarding support.
• Develop and deliver employee orientation programs and training initiatives.
• Support performance evaluation processes, maintain documentation and track timelines.
• Administer HR policies related to benefits, leave management and employee relations.
• Oversee off‑boarding, conduct exit interviews and manage separation documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data confidentiality and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance; MBA or Masters in Business Analytics preferred.
• Professional HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑SCP.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
