About the role

Genpact is seeking a Senior Associate to manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, ensuring smooth integration and continuous development of talent.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding for seamless integration.
  • Manage performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
  • Administer benefits and process leave requests.
  • Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Monitor development and training programs to foster growth.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage off‑boarding procedures.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance or related field; MBA or Business Analytics preferred.
  • Professional HR certifications (PHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP).
  • Proficient Spanish (C2 level).
