About the role

Genpact is seeking a Senior Associate to manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, within its Human Resources Operations (HRO) team. The role supports a hybrid work environment and contributes to the company’s AI‑driven transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding to ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
  • Administer benefits and process leave requests in line with company policies.
  • Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Monitor development and training programs to foster professional growth.
  • Conduct exit interviews and oversee off‑boarding procedures.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance; MBA or Masters in Business Analytics preferred.
  • Professional HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP.
