Freelance Recruitment Partner – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment (DKR) is seeking ambitious freelance recruiters based in Colombia to join its global talent acquisition network. You will work remotely, accessing over 500 live vacancies across multiple industries and regions, and earn up to 40% commission on successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage top talent across Colombia using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for international hiring projects spanning iGaming, technology, fintech, BPO, sales, entertainment and more.
• Screen and qualify candidates against client requirements, coordinate interviews and maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner directly with DKR leadership and delivery teams, ensuring accurate ATS records and a seamless recruitment experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably within Colombia.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong candidate engagement and networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and respond quickly to client needs.
• High organisational skills, hunger for success and a genuine passion for recruitment.
