Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Vertiv is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team and drive the hiring of top talent across the Americas region. You will work closely with HR partners, hiring managers and business leaders to align recruiting efforts with strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions across the Americas region.
• Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers to define and execute recruiting strategies aligned with company goals.
• Source, assess and present candidates for critical operations and engineering functions.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems such as Oracle, SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to drive data‑informed decisions.
• Contribute knowledge sharing and teamwork within the Talent Acquisition and broader HR organization.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience on a regional or national level.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build buy‑in with stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience gathering, interpreting and presenting data.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with an ATS (Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
