Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

YipitData is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to ensure a smooth and exceptional hiring experience as the company continues to grow. You will be a key member of the Recruiting team, handling interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and maintaining recruiting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, managing time‑zone differences and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate candidate, interview, and job data in Greenhouse or other ATS, monitor workflows for bottlenecks, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Support the transition from offer acceptance to onboarding, partnering with People Operations for a seamless handoff.
• Provide reliable support to recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, communicating proactively about timeline changes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to make recruiting faster, simpler, and more scalable.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with candidates and internal partners.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and proactively solves problems.

Required skills

• Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, or another applicant tracking system.
