Recruiting Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for finance and back‑office positions in a fast‑paced, multinational setting. The role will support multiple business functions across Colombia and Costa Rica, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and onboarding.
• Identify and attract talent for Customer Service, HR, Technical Support and other corporate and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define workforce needs and set recruitment priorities.
• Coordinate interview schedules, conduct reference checks and assist hiring decisions.
• Maintain consistent, high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruiting metrics, produce reports and keep documentation up to date.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, with proven success recruiting finance or back‑office roles.
• Experience in multinational environments is a strong plus.
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast‑moving environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory).
