About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Assistant to join our growing regional team in Bogotá, Colombia. The role focuses on managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for LATAM and international positions, leveraging modern sourcing tools. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional with 1–2 years of talent acquisition experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for LATAM and global roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and selection processes with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, reports, and metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout every stage.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or headhunting, preferably within LATAM.
• Strong ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Ownership and accountability for delivering recruitment results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
