Recruitment Lead - Staffing & Recruitment

About the role

TalentoHC is looking for a Recruitment Lead in Medellín who takes ownership of recruitment delivery for external clients, manages an individual portfolio of searches from client intake to placement, and contributes to building a scalable recruitment operation. The role combines hands-on recruitment execution, client partnership and operational ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned client accounts and searches, ensuring effective communication, timely delivery and a high-quality client experience.
• Understand client hiring needs, turn business requirements into search strategies, engage qualified talent and deliver candidates that meet client expectations.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness and market knowledge.
• Develop quality candidate pipelines aligned with client specifications, including sourcing, assessment and market research.
• Establish consistent, organized recruitment practices that support efficient search execution, accurate reporting and scalable delivery.
• Share recruitment expertise, strengthen delivery methodologies and help integrate and develop future team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition or executive search.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment for external clients and handling several client searches at once.
• Experience building client relationships and delivering talent against defined requirements.
• Previous experience in a staffing agency, recruitment firm, executive search firm or RPO environment is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to run searches and manage client relationships in English-speaking markets.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Boolean search, talent mapping, candidate assessment and recruitment metrics analysis.
• Understanding of staffing and recruitment business models and performance indicators.
