About the Role
Join a global leader in beauty and well-being. As a Regional Commercial Strategy Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving meaningful transformations through our innovative brands like Natura and Avon. You will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact commercial strategies to accelerate growth within our consultant channel across the region.
Main Missions
- Design, develop, and implement regional commercial strategies to ensure sales targets and consultant channel growth are met.
- Lead and motivate regional managers and field leaders to align local actions with the country's strategic vision.
- Manage the sales budget and financial performance to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Drive the development of the consultant network through strategic initiatives focused on attraction, training, and retention.
- Monitor performance by cycle and implement corrective actions to optimize frequency and network health.
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on sustainability, well-being, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to co-create effective incentive and motivation programs.
Profile Required
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in commercial leadership roles.
- 3 to 5 years of specific experience in Direct Sales within the Beauty or FMCG sectors.
- Strong leadership track record with experience managing multi-level teams (managers and regional leaders).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt global visions to local market needs.
- Resident of Bogotá or Cali.
