Regional Operations Manager I

About the role

Uber is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to turn strategic goals into concrete execution across complex, global systems. You will act as both a hands‑on operator and a strategic partner, driving high‑impact programs while navigating ambiguity and rapid change.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead strategic programs from inception to scale, managing partner performance and growth targets.
• Design, implement, and oversee automation and operational solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior executives, offshore technical teams, and product/engineering groups to align on shared goals.
• Use advanced analytics to identify bottlenecks, uncover patterns, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Manage multi‑tier projects under tight timelines, ensuring reliability, transparency, and balanced priorities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Analytics, Consulting, Consumer Tech, or Advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of owning end‑to‑end projects in high‑growth environments.
• Strong quantitative and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• SQL and Python (preferred).
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with machine‑learning concepts and optimization modeling.
